Jephson Gardens and Mill Gardens

In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, the Jephson Gardens are true pleasure grounds which have been delighting visitors for 160 years. They are a welcoming retreat in the lively Regency town, with stunning floral displays, soothing fountains, birds and squirrels, spacious lawns and promenades, all framed by a collection of fine trees. Explore our beautiful modern Glasshouse and the bright colours of our Sensory Garden, visit Leamington Studio Artist's gallery in East Lodge, and relax in the Aviary Cafe.

Jephson Gardens are the horticultural centrepiece of the Leamington Spa Gardens, a sequence of greenspaces along the River Leam which planned in the late 19th century. Mill Gardens was created in 1903, forming one riverside landscape with Jephson Gardens. In Mill Gardens, you can find boating and a children's play area. The Gardens are open daily from 8 am-dusk (see gates for current closing times).
