Kings Beach Park and Community Precinct

Kings Beach Park and Community Precinct is one of the Sunshine Coasts premier beachside destinations for community recreation, tourism, and events.
Impressive water views from the foreshore and headland provides an element of wonder and connects visitors to the beach, coastline, Moreton Bay Islands, and the iconic Glasshouse Mountains.
The Park provides visitors with open space areas and a diverse range of facilities that support outdoor recreation and access by people of all ages and abilities. Visitors can embrace and enjoy the experience with the Sunshine Coasts regional Coastal Pathway passing through the park connecting pedestrians and cyclists to nearby attractions and surrounding beaches.
The natural landscape of Kings Beach Park and foreshore reserves enable park users to experience nature and the diverse ecology that exists within the local environment along with showcasing elements of the region’s history from First Nations cultural significance to the heritage listed bathing pavilion.
The Kings Beach Park is beautifully lit up at night with Cafes and restaurants within the precinct providing outdoor dining in a world class waterfront setting that immerses visitors in their surrounds.
The Amphitheatre and stage host major community events throughout the year including ANZAC Day Memorial Service, Christmas Carols, music festivals, New Year’s Eve and Australia Day celebrations. Smaller events such as weddings, gatherings and celebrations take place in more intimate areas of the park.
Kings Beach is a patrolled bathing reserve popular for beachgoers and holiday makers with ample parking and access to public transport.
