In this webinar, Liam Kurzeja, Marketing Manager at Keep Britain Tidy, and Jane Barton, Nottingham City Council's Greenspace Improvement Manager, will be discussing marketing strategies and how best to promote your Green Flag Award.
Jane Barton will explore how organisations can raise the profile of their Green Flag Award achievements both internally and within the wider community. Drawing on practical experience and examples, this session will look at strengthening internal awareness so that teams across an organisation better understand the value and impact of the award, while also improving external promotion to celebrate parks and green spaces, engage residents and visitors, and build stronger relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Liam Kurzeja will share practical tips and advice on promoting Green Flag success stories and making the most of flag-raising events. The session will cover how to engage communications teams, identify and reach key audiences, and develop clear, effective messaging that helps celebrate achievements and maximise the visibility of Green Flag Award-winning sites.
