Beddington Park and The Grange
With nearly 60 hectares of parkland, Beddington Park, Sutton, is a site of Metropolitan importance, a site of Importance for Nature Conservation and part of the wider Wandle Valley Regional Park, with the River Wandle flowing through its heart. Once a Tudor Deer-park it has a rich and interesting history with many conservation heritage features, including two 19th-century bridges and a Grade II* listed 18th-century dovecote.
There's something for all at Beddington park with beautiful woodland walks and wildlife, formal gardens, a lake, ball courts and a skate ramp, outdoor gym, a newly enlarged children's playground and a range of activities and events.
