Tabard Gardens

Tabard Gardens is an important local park set within the Tabard Gardens residential
estate. The park is situated ½ mile from London Bridge, in the Borough, Bankside and
Walworth area of the London Borough of Southwark (LBS). Located in a busy urban environment the park, of some 1.7 hectares, it provides a
welcome haven from the surrounding area.

The park is extremely well used, offering facilities for a diverse range of visitors. The park
provides areas for those seeking quiet informal recreation with large open grass areas
and a nature area. There are also areas for active recreation including a sports pitch,
multi-use games area, table tennis facilities, and a play area.
