Haddo Country Park

Haddo House & Country Park is a hidden treasure of Aberdeenshire, with a stunning mansion house sitting in a designed landscape dating from the 1860s.

The first stage of a multi-million pound redevelopment in the park is now complete. In addition to the restoration work on of the park’s standout “Golden Gates” and Waterloo Monument, the project included new paths and a bridge to the Craigie Wood section of the park as well as large scale resurfacing and landscaping work. A state of the art visitor centre and a brand new adventure playground, are both due to open in the spring.

The project will also see the development of a new website for the House and Country Park along with new leaflets, self-guided trails and signage.
