Maynooth Campus

The Maynooth Campus is set in the heart of the university town of Maynooth. It is shared campus with St Patrick’s College and Maynooth University. St Patricks College was founded in 1795 and celebrates its 225th year in 2020 while Maynooth University is a newer addition to the campus which celebrated 21st birthday in 2018.
With such a diverse contrast between the Gothic style buildings of St Patricks College and the ultra-modern buildings of Maynooth University, it provides the campus with unique setting and overall beautiful surroundings to enjoy.
The campus has over 12,000 third level students, home to the National Seminary of Ireland and a Pontifical university. With this diverse mix of people the campus grounds have to cater for serval different clientele and also be welcoming for the general public.
In 2019 the Maynooth Campus became the first university campus in Ireland to achieve the Green Flag Award for Parks.
