Incredible Edible Porthmadog

This garden demonstrates local food security in an inspiring way. It has developed a bee and butterfly garden using recycled materials and has recently planted 105 new trees. The garden is increasing biodiversity in the locality, promoting food growing and creating flood resilience. The project has beautified the leisure centre with no cost to the facility. We have evidence from the community which indicates the positivity that exists for the garden. Delighted local primary school children have now made their mark by planting trees at the site.
